目的::探讨强化健康教育与针对性功能锻炼对老年患者害怕跌倒( FOF)的影响。方法:将100例老年病科住院的老年患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,对照组出院后进行电话随访,干预组进行健康教育结合针对性功能锻炼并监督随访。8周后对两组分别进行跌倒自我效能、平衡力、移动能力的评价,观察干预的疗效。结果:经过8周的干预,干预组与对照组跌倒自我效能、平衡力得分、移动能力时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组干预后跌倒自我效能得分、平衡能力得分高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:强化健康教育与针对性功能锻炼可提高老年患者跌倒自我效能水平、平衡力和移动能力,改善害怕跌倒的程度。

목적::탐토강화건강교육여침대성공능단련대노년환자해파질도( FOF)적영향。방법:장100례노년병과주원적노년환자수궤분위간예조화대조조각50례,대조조출원후진행전화수방,간예조진행건강교육결합침대성공능단련병감독수방。8주후대량조분별진행질도자아효능、평형력、이동능력적평개,관찰간예적료효。결과:경과8주적간예,간예조여대조조질도자아효능、평형력득분、이동능력시간비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05),간예조간예후질도자아효능득분、평형능력득분고우간예전(P<0.05)。결론:강화건강교육여침대성공능단련가제고노년환자질도자아효능수평、평형력화이동능력,개선해파질도적정도。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the enhanced health education and targeted functional exercise on the fear of falls in elderly patients. Methods:100 hospitalized elderly patients in the department of geriatrics were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group (50 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were followed up by telephone after discharge and the pa-tients in the intervention group were provided the enhanced health education combined with targeted functional exercise. After 8 weeKs,the effect of intervention was observed in the two groups through the evaluation of self-efficacy,balance and moving ability of the patients. Re-sults:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of self-efficacy,balance and moving ability of the patients between the two groups after 8 weeKs of intervention (P<0. 05);the scores of patient's self-efficacy and balance were higher after the intervention than those before the intervention in the intervention group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The enhanced health education combined with targeted functional exercise can improve the self-efficacy,balance and moving ability of the elderly patients in the prevention of falls.
