目的：：探讨以患者为中心的群组管理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病( COPD)患者中的应用。方法：将住院的COPD患者107例随机分为观察组52例和对照组55例，观察组进行以患者为中心的群组管理模式，而对照组仅采用常规的护理健康指导；比较两组患者在自我管理效能、呼吸功能锻炼及疾病认知能力健康指导等三方面前后变化情况。结果：观察组在自我管理效能、呼吸功能锻炼的依从性及对疾病知识认知能力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：群组管理模式能显著提高COPD患者的自我管理水平、呼吸功能锻炼的依从性及对疾病认知能力，可作为COPD患者的一种较为有效的管理模式。
목적：：탐토이환자위중심적군조관리모식재만성조새성폐질병( COPD)환자중적응용。방법：장주원적COPD환자107례수궤분위관찰조52례화대조조55례，관찰조진행이환자위중심적군조관리모식，이대조조부채용상규적호리건강지도；비교량조환자재자아관리효능、호흡공능단련급질병인지능력건강지도등삼방면전후변화정황。결과：관찰조재자아관리효능、호흡공능단련적의종성급대질병지식인지능력균우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：군조관리모식능현저제고COPD환자적자아관리수평、호흡공능단련적의종성급대질병인지능력，가작위COPD환자적일충교위유효적관리모식。
Objective:To explore the application of group management model in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods:107 hospitalized patients with COPD were randomly divided into the observation group (n=52) and the control group (n=55). The group management model was implemented in the observation group and the routine nursing care and health guidance were used in the control group. The self-management efficacy,respiratory function exercise and the cognitive ability of the disease of the pa-tients were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:The self-management efficacy,compliance of re-spiratory function exercise and the cognitive ability of the disease of the patients were superior in the observation group to the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The group management model can significantly improve the self-management level,the compliance of respiratory function exercise and the cognitive ability of the disease of the patients with COPD.
