目的：：探讨基于“积极心理学理论”的护理干预在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法：将98例精神分裂症患者随机分为对照组和观察组各49例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组接受基于“积极心理学理论”的护理干预，比较两组护理前后积极心理评分、精神病评分、生存质量评分。结果：观察组护理后各个时期积极心理评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，各项精神病评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)，生存质量评分值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：基于“积极心理学理论”的护理干预有助于提升精神分裂症患者的积极心理，减轻疾病严重程度，提高生存质量。
목적：：탐토기우“적겁심이학이론”적호리간예재정신분렬증환자중적응용효과。방법：장98례정신분렬증환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각49례，대조조급여상규호리，관찰조접수기우“적겁심이학이론”적호리간예，비교량조호리전후적겁심리평분、정신병평분、생존질량평분。결과：관찰조호리후각개시기적겁심리평분균명현고우대조조(P<0.05)，각항정신병평분균명현저우대조조(P<0.05)，생존질량평분치균명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：기우“적겁심이학이론”적호리간예유조우제승정신분렬증환자적적겁심리，감경질병엄중정도，제고생존질량。
Objective:To explore the effect of application of nursing intervention based on the theory of positive psychology in patients with schizophrenia. Methods:98 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group (49 ca-ses in each group) . The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group received nursing intervention based on the theory of positive psychology,the scores of positive psychology,mental illness and quality of life of the pa-tients were compared between the two groups before and after nursing care. Results:The scores of positive psychology in any period were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group after nursing care (P<0. 05);the scores of schizophrenic symptoms of the patients were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 05);the scores of quality of life of the patients were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Application of nursing inter-vention based on the theory of positive psychology can help the patients improve the positive psychology,decrease the severity of the disease and improve the quality of life.
