目的：观察利用网络平台对儿科呼吸系统疾病进行延续护理的干预效果。方法选取呼吸系统疾病住院患儿800例为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组，各400例。对照组采用常规出院健康指导。实验组利用网络平台进行儿科呼吸系统疾病延续护理。干预1年后比较两组复诊率、医疗费用、满意度及干预前后家属对疾病相关知识的知晓率。结果干预1年后实验组疾病相关知识知晓率提升幅度显著高于对照组，同病再就诊例次、同病住院例次及同病复诊医疗费用低于对照组，护理总满意度高于对照组，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论利用网络平台进行延续护理，有助于提高患儿家属的防病知识，巩固家属的防护能力和健康行为，降低患儿复诊率，提高其生活质量，降低医疗费用，保障儿童健康，提高家庭幸福指数。
목적：관찰이용망락평태대인과호흡계통질병진행연속호리적간예효과。방법선취호흡계통질병주원환인800례위연구대상，안수궤수자표법분위실험조화대조조，각400례。대조조채용상규출원건강지도。실험조이용망락평태진행인과호흡계통질병연속호리。간예1년후비교량조복진솔、의료비용、만의도급간예전후가속대질병상관지식적지효솔。결과간예1년후실험조질병상관지식지효솔제승폭도현저고우대조조，동병재취진례차、동병주원례차급동병복진의료비용저우대조조，호리총만의도고우대조조，량조비교유현저성차이（P＜0．05）。결론이용망락평태진행연속호리，유조우제고환인가속적방병지식，공고가속적방호능력화건강행위，강저환인복진솔，제고기생활질량，강저의료비용，보장인동건강，제고가정행복지수。
Objective To observe and analyze the method and effect of using network platform in pediatric respiratory diseasetogivecontinuednursingintervention.Method 800casesofchildrenwithrespiratorydiseasehospitalizedinourhos‐pital were selected as study objects ,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by the digital method ,there were 400 cases of each group ,the control group adopted conventional discharge health guidance ,the experi‐mental group used the Internet platform for pediatric respiratory disease continue nursing ,after intervention of a year ,read‐mission rate 、medical cost 、satisfaction and the disease related knowledge awareness rate of family members within one year of the families of children of two groups were observed and compared .Results The disease related knowledge awareness rate increasing of family of children patients after one year of intervention was significantly higher than that of control group , comorbidity treatment and comorbidity cases hospitalized cases of intervention within 1 year were lower than those of the control group ,referral medical costs of the same disease within one year were lower than those of the control group ,nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 98 .25% ,higher than 80 .00% of the control group ,the differences were statisti‐cally significant (P<0 .05) .ConclusionUsing network platform in pediatric respiratory disease used continue nursing can be helpful to improve the patients'knowledge of disease prevention ,and consolidate the family protection ability and health be‐havior ,reduce the referral rate ,improve the quality of life ,reduce medical costs ,improve medical efficiency ,guarantee chil‐dren's health ,and improve family happiness index .
