目的::探讨护患关系对临床护士职业倦怠的影响,并提出相应的对策。方法:采用护士调查问卷和马氏职业倦怠量表( MBI-HSS)调查450名临床护士,分析不同护患关系对临床护士职业倦怠的影响。结果:影响护士职业倦怠检出率的因素是:护士执业环境自评状况、患者信任度、患者尊重度;影响各维度得分因素有:护士执业环境自评状况、患者信任度、患者尊重度、患者服务满意度,其中,执业环境自评好、患者信任度高、患者尊重度高的护士,情感衰竭、去人格化得分较低,职业倦怠程度轻(P<0.05);得分越高,其职业倦怠程度越重(P<0.05)。结论:护患关系是影响临床护士职业倦怠的重要因素,医院管理者应注重构建良好的护患关系和执业环境,从个体、组织、社会三个层面寻找积极的对策,从而预防和减少护士职业倦怠的发生。

Objective:To explore the influence of nurse-patient relationship on job burnout of clinical nurses so as to put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Methods:450 clinical nurses were investigated by using the general questionnaire for nurses and the job burnout inventory ( MBI-HSS) . Results:The factors influencing the detection rate of job burnout of nurses were:the self-assessment of nurse′s worKing environment,the degree of patient′s trust and respect;the factors influencing the score of each dimension were:the self-assessment of nurse′s worKing environment,the degree of patient's trust and respect and the patient's satisfaction with nursing service ( P<0. 05);the higher the scores were,the heavier the degree of job burnout was (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The nurse-patient relationship is one of important factors influencing job burnout of clinical nurses,so hospital managers should focus on building a good nurse-patient re-lationship and good worKing environment and looKing for positive countermeasures from three aspects of individual,organization and society to prevent and reduce the occurrence of job burnout of nurses.
