目的：：探讨个体化延续护理对艾滋病患者生存质量的影响。方法：将86例艾滋病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上实施个体化延续护理。干预后12个月，采取WHO艾滋病生存质量量表( WHOQOL-HIV)评价两组患者的生存质量。结果：观察组在生理方面、独立程度、环境、精神世界/宗教/个人信仰方面评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)，在心理方面、社会关系方面评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：个体化延续护理能有效改善艾滋病患者的生存质量，且效果持久，值得推广应用。
목적：：탐토개체화연속호리대애자병환자생존질량적영향。방법：장86례애자병환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각43례，대조조급여상규호리，관찰조재차기출상실시개체화연속호리。간예후12개월，채취WHO애자병생존질량량표( WHOQOL-HIV)평개량조환자적생존질량。결과：관찰조재생리방면、독립정도、배경、정신세계/종교/개인신앙방면평분균고우대조조(P<0.05)，재심리방면、사회관계방면평분명현고우대조조(P<0.01)。결론：개체화연속호리능유효개선애자병환자적생존질량，차효과지구，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of individualized extended nursing care on quality of life of patients with AIDS. Methods:86 AIDS patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (43 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were provided extra individualized extended nursing care. WHOQOL-HIV was used to evaluate the quality of life of the patients in the two groups after the intervention for 12 months. Re-sults:The scores of physiology,degree of independence,environment and spirit world / religion / personal beliefs of the patients were high-er in the observation group than the control group (P<0. 05);the scores of psychology and social relations of the patients were significant-ly higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0. 01). Conclusion:The individualized extended nursing care can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with AIDS and its effect is lasting.
