为探索在猪圆环病毒2型(PCV -2)阳性猪场免疫猪圆环病毒疫苗对猪场实际临床生产中猪瘟疫苗免疫效果的影响,遂将某规模化猪场的一栋存在 PCV -2感染的150头产房仔猪随机分为试验组和对照组,每组75头,试验组在14日龄免疫某进口 PCV -2杆状病毒载体灭活疫苗,对照组不免疫,并分别在PCV -2疫苗免疫前和猪瘟疫苗二免后30天每组随机采血18头仔猪检测猪瘟抗体。结果显示:PCV -2疫苗免疫前两组仔猪的猪瘟抗体水平无明显差异,猪瘟疫苗二免后30天,试验组的猪瘟抗体平均值和猪瘟抗体离散度均显著好于对照组。表明,PCV -2的感染会对猪的免疫系统造成损害从而抑制猪瘟疫苗的免疫应答,在PCV -2阳性猪场免疫猪圆环病毒疫苗能够显著增强猪瘟疫苗的免疫效果。
為探索在豬圓環病毒2型(PCV -2)暘性豬場免疫豬圓環病毒疫苗對豬場實際臨床生產中豬瘟疫苗免疫效果的影響,遂將某規模化豬場的一棟存在 PCV -2感染的150頭產房仔豬隨機分為試驗組和對照組,每組75頭,試驗組在14日齡免疫某進口 PCV -2桿狀病毒載體滅活疫苗,對照組不免疫,併分彆在PCV -2疫苗免疫前和豬瘟疫苗二免後30天每組隨機採血18頭仔豬檢測豬瘟抗體。結果顯示:PCV -2疫苗免疫前兩組仔豬的豬瘟抗體水平無明顯差異,豬瘟疫苗二免後30天,試驗組的豬瘟抗體平均值和豬瘟抗體離散度均顯著好于對照組。錶明,PCV -2的感染會對豬的免疫繫統造成損害從而抑製豬瘟疫苗的免疫應答,在PCV -2暘性豬場免疫豬圓環病毒疫苗能夠顯著增彊豬瘟疫苗的免疫效果。

In order to explore the influence of Porcine Circovirus Type 2 (PCV -2 )vaccination on the immune effect of Classical Swine Fever (CSF)vaccine in the PCV -2 positive pig farms during practical clini-cal production,150 piglets in a farrowing house of a large pig farm which had been confirmed to be PCV -2 positive were randomly divided into two groups,namely,test group and contrast group,and each 75 piglets. The piglets in the test group were immunized with the imported PCV -2 baculovirus vector inactivated vaccine when they were 14 days old.Then,18 piglets were randomly selected from each group before PCV -2 vacci-nation and 30 days after CSF revaccination respectively.The detection results showed that:there was no difference between the two groups in CSF antibody level before PCV -2 vaccination;30 days after CSF revac-cination,the average value and dispersion of CSF antibody in the test group were significantly higher than those of the contrast group.It indicated that the immune system of pigs could be damaged by PCV -2 infection and the immune response of CSF vaccine was suppressed.In addition,the immune effect of CSF vaccine could be enhanced by immunizing with PCV -2 vaccine in the PCV -2 positive pig farms.
