RADIX SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZAE%Colour%Active ingredients%Correlation
采用 HPLC 法测定丹参根部水溶性(迷迭香酸、紫草酸、丹酚酸 B)和脂溶性(二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA)活性成分含量,并用色差仪测根部颜色,探讨丹参根部颜色与其活性成分含量间的相关性,为制定丹参药材等级标准提供依据。结果表明:不同颜色级别丹参表面色度值存在明显差异,可据此对其进行等级划分;多数活性成分含量存在显著差异;二氢丹参酮Ⅰ和紫草酸与色度值 L*、a*、b*相关性不显著(P >0.05),其他5种成分与色度值 L*均呈负相关,与 a*、b*均呈正相关,其中迷迭香酸、丹酚酸 B 及丹参酮Ⅰ与色度 L*值呈极显著负相关(P <0.01),隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA 与 a*值和 b*值呈现极显著正相关(P <0.01)。由此可见,丹参根部越红活性成分含量越高,这为合理评价丹参药材质量、进行丹参药材分级提供了理论依据。

채용 HPLC 법측정단삼근부수용성(미질향산、자초산、단분산 B)화지용성(이경단삼동Ⅰ、은단삼동、단삼동Ⅰ、단삼동ⅡA)활성성분함량,병용색차의측근부안색,탐토단삼근부안색여기활성성분함량간적상관성,위제정단삼약재등급표준제공의거。결과표명:불동안색급별단삼표면색도치존재명현차이,가거차대기진행등급화분;다수활성성분함량존재현저차이;이경단삼동Ⅰ화자초산여색도치 L*、a*、b*상관성불현저(P >0.05),기타5충성분여색도치 L*균정부상관,여 a*、b*균정정상관,기중미질향산、단분산 B 급단삼동Ⅰ여색도 L*치정겁현저부상관(P <0.01),은단삼동、단삼동ⅡA 여 a*치화 b*치정현겁현저정상관(P <0.01)。유차가견,단삼근부월홍활성성분함량월고,저위합리평개단삼약재질량、진행단삼약재분급제공료이론의거。
The HPLC method was applied to determine the contents of water -soluble ingredients (ros-marinic acid,lithospermic acid,Salvianolic B)and fat -soluble ingredients (DihydrotanshinoneⅠ,crypto-tanshinone,tanshinoneⅠ and tanshinone ⅡA).The color of RADIX SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZAE was meas-ured by colorimeter.The correlation between them was analyzed to provide references for setting grade stand-ard of RADIX SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZAE.The results showed that the chromatic value of RADIX SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZAE surface was different between different grades,so grading could conduct based on this;and the content of each ingredient was obviously different between different colour grades.Except Dihydrotanshi-noneⅠand lithospermic acid had no significant correlations with the chromatic value L*,a* and b* (P >0.05),the other ingredients all showed negative correlations with L* but positive correlations with a* and b*.Among them,rosmarinic acid,Salvianolic B and tanshinoneⅠ showed very significantly negative correla-tions with L*(P <0.01),while cryptotanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA showed very significantly positive corre-lations with a* and b*(P <0.01).Thus,the redder the RADIX SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZAE was,the higher the contents of active ingredients were,which could provide theoretical references for reasonable quality evalu-ation and grading of RADIX SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZAE.
