以4年生夏黑葡萄为试材，通过采用不同的整穗方式和控制不同留穗量，研究不同负载量对夏黑葡萄果实品质的影响。结果表明：在露天篱架栽培模式下，随着负载量的增加，果穗质量、单粒重、果实纵横径减小，果实可溶性固形物含量及果皮着色程度下降；整穗处理能显著增大果粒，提高可溶性固形物含量，改善果皮色泽，留穗尖的整穗方式效果更好。综合考虑，夏黑葡萄宜留10穗果，花前7天需整穗，穗长控制在5 cm。
이4년생하흑포도위시재，통과채용불동적정수방식화공제불동류수량，연구불동부재량대하흑포도과실품질적영향。결과표명：재로천리가재배모식하，수착부재량적증가，과수질량、단립중、과실종횡경감소，과실가용성고형물함량급과피착색정도하강；정수처리능현저증대과립，제고가용성고형물함량，개선과피색택，류수첨적정수방식효과경호。종합고필，하흑포도의류10수과，화전7천수정수，수장공제재5 cm。
Taking 4 -year -old Summer Black as experimental material,the effects of different loading amounts controlled by flower and fruit thinning on grape quality were researched in this paper.The results showed that under the open trellising cultivation,the weight of panicle and single fruit,the length and diame-ter of berry,the soluble solids in fruit and coloring degree of grape skin decreased with the increase of loading amount.Pruning of floral cluster could significantly enlarge every berry,increase the total contents of soluble solids and improve the color of grape skin,and the treatment retaining top end of clusters got better effects.In conclusion,it was optimal to retain 10 spikes per plant and prune the grape floral clusters to 5 -cm length on the 7th day before flowering.
