目的：观察中药配合西药治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法：84例随机分为两组各42例，两组均给予西药，治疗组联合补肾除湿汤加减灌肠。结果：总有效率治疗组92.9%、对照组75.8%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗老年性阴道炎能提高疗效。
目的：觀察中藥配閤西藥治療老年性陰道炎的臨床療效。方法：84例隨機分為兩組各42例，兩組均給予西藥，治療組聯閤補腎除濕湯加減灌腸。結果：總有效率治療組92.9%、對照組75.8%，兩組比較差異有統計學意義（P＜0.05）。結論：中西醫結閤治療老年性陰道炎能提高療效。
목적：관찰중약배합서약치료노년성음도염적림상료효。방법：84례수궤분위량조각42례，량조균급여서약，치료조연합보신제습탕가감관장。결과：총유효솔치료조92.9%、대조조75.8%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：중서의결합치료노년성음도염능제고료효。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of enema with Chinese herbs combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Method: 84 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 42 patients in each group. The both groups were given conventional western medicine. The treatment group were given enema of modified Bushen Chushi Decoction in addition. Result: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.9% while that of the control group was 75.8%. There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combination of TCM and western medicine could improve the curative effect.
