目的:探讨院校共建与临床接轨《护理管理学》见习课实践教学的效果。方法以余风英主编的《护理管理学》为蓝本,院校老师共同整合《护理管理学》课程及构建与临床接轨《护理管理学》见习课(8个学时),采取整群抽样方法,简单随机将2个自然班分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用整合后的《护理管理学》课程及新增的8个见习课进行教学;对照组采用未整合的《护理管理学》课程及教材内医院见习课进行教学。2组护生临床实习结束后,对护生和临床带教老师分别进行问卷调查,评价2组护生教学效果。结果观察组在临床实习岗位适应能力、了解工作职责、工作标准、安排患者、评估病情、沟通能力、应用护理管理理论指导临床工作能力均高于对照组;护生违反劳动纪律、发生护理不良事件低于对照组;两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院校共建与临床接轨《护理管理学》见习课的实践教学,提高护生综合能力及应用护理管理理论的能力,提高教学效果。

목적:탐토원교공건여림상접궤《호리관이학》견습과실천교학적효과。방법이여풍영주편적《호리관이학》위람본,원교로사공동정합《호리관이학》과정급구건여림상접궤《호리관이학》견습과(8개학시),채취정군추양방법,간단수궤장2개자연반분위관찰조화대조조,관찰조채용정합후적《호리관이학》과정급신증적8개견습과진행교학;대조조채용미정합적《호리관이학》과정급교재내의원견습과진행교학。2조호생림상실습결속후,대호생화림상대교로사분별진행문권조사,평개2조호생교학효과。결과관찰조재림상실습강위괄응능력、료해공작직책、공작표준、안배환자、평고병정、구통능력、응용호리관리이론지도림상공작능력균고우대조조;호생위반노동기률、발생호리불량사건저우대조조;량조차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론원교공건여림상접궤《호리관이학》견습과적실천교학,제고호생종합능력급응용호리관리이론적능력,제고교학효과。
Objective Discussion build institutions and clinical practice effect Nursing Management Courses Teaching probation. Methods In Yu Fengying editor of the Nursing Management as the blueprint, teacher institutions to integrate Nursing Management course and build and clinical practice Nursing Management trainee Section (8 hours), cluster sampling method, simple random the two natural classes divided into experimental and control group, the experimental group were consolidated Nursing Management course and new eight trainee class teaching; the control group were not integrated Nursing Management courses and materials trainee class teaching hospital. After the two groups of students in clinical internship, students and clinical teachers questionnaires were evaluated two groups of students teaching. Results Adaptation in the experimental group clinical internship positions capacity to understand the job duties, work standards, arrangements for the patient, assess the condition , communication skills, application of nursing theory to guide clinical management ability to work were higher;Students in violation of labor discipline, care adverse events less than in the control group; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Build institutions and clinical practice teaching practice Nursing Management trainee courses to improve students’ comprehensive ability and the ability to manage the application of nursing theory, improve teaching effectiveness.
