This article discusses the purposes, significance and the period laws of standard review, establishes the procedure relations and table formats including review of connotations, expounds the routine pattern and depth pattern of standard review and the connotations for major elements of standard review as well as discusses the main points of the conclusions and suggestions of standard review and the application methods of standard review achievements. The methodology of standard review in the article is abstracted from the abundance practices and thoughts of the author, which has become a universal methods of standard review.
