伴随着改革开放的不断深入和国民经济的快速发展，行业间的收入差距呈现出扩大的趋势。逐渐扩大的行业收入差距导致高薪收入行业的人越来越多，最终导致行业分布扭曲，影响行业的均衡发展，进而对社会稳定和谐等各方面造成巨大的负面影响。在此背景下，以北京市1983—2013年的行业收入数据，运用ISM模型进行实证分析，结合宏观经济政策，对缩减北京市行业收入差距提出建议。
伴隨著改革開放的不斷深入和國民經濟的快速髮展，行業間的收入差距呈現齣擴大的趨勢。逐漸擴大的行業收入差距導緻高薪收入行業的人越來越多，最終導緻行業分佈扭麯，影響行業的均衡髮展，進而對社會穩定和諧等各方麵造成巨大的負麵影響。在此揹景下，以北京市1983—2013年的行業收入數據，運用ISM模型進行實證分析，結閤宏觀經濟政策，對縮減北京市行業收入差距提齣建議。

Along with the continuous deepening of reform and opening-up and the rapid development of the national economy, the income gap between different industries shows the trend of expansion. Gradually widening income gap between the industries leads to the phenomenon that high-income industries have more and more people, which eventually leads to distorted industry distribution, af-fects the balanced development of the industry, causes huge negative impact on social stability, harmony and other aspects. Based on this background, with the industry income data of Beijing between 1983 to 2013, the Interpretative Structural Model is used to carry on the empirical analysis;combining with the macroeconomic policy, the proposals on reducing industry income gap are proposed.
