当前农村的权力结构呈现出独特的基层政权—乡村精英—村民多元治理的结构特征,[1]其中乡村精英在基层政权与村民之间扮演着重要角色,乡村精英参与乡村治理的必要性和可行性为其搏得了广阔的参与空间,但是该群体在参与乡村治理的过程中依然面临诸多问题.

The current rural power structure presents a unique - rural grass-roots power elite - the villagers multiple governance structure characteristics, [1] the rural elite in power at the grass-roots level and plays an important role between villagers, rural elite in the necessity and feasibility of rural governance for its stroke had broad participation in space, but the group in the process of participation in rural governance still faces many problems.
