目的：探讨超声造影对伴有钙化的甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断价值。方法：对287例经手术病理证实的伴有钙化的甲状腺结节进行超声造影检查，应用TomTec软件分析超声造影参数，评估超声造影对伴有钙化甲状腺结节诊断的灵敏性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值。结果：287个伴有钙化的甲状腺结节中，良性177个，恶性110个。超声造影对伴有钙化的甲状腺结节鉴别诊断的灵敏性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为93.6％、94.9％、91.9％、96.0％。结论：超声造影对伴有钙化的甲状腺结节有一定的诊断价值。
목적：탐토초성조영대반유개화적갑상선량악성결절적진단개치。방법：대287례경수술병리증실적반유개화적갑상선결절진행초성조영검사，응용TomTec연건분석초성조영삼수，평고초성조영대반유개화갑상선결절진단적령민성、특이성、양성예측치화음성예측치。결과：287개반유개화적갑상선결절중，량성177개，악성110개。초성조영대반유개화적갑상선결절감별진단적령민성、특이성、양성예측치、음성예측치분별위93.6％、94.9％、91.9％、96.0％。결론：초성조영대반유개화적갑상선결절유일정적진단개치。
Objective:To explore the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound( CEUS)in calcified thy-roid nodules. Methods:All 287 calcified thyroid nodules confirmed by operations and pathology were given CEUS ex-amination,the diagnostic yield of enhancement patterns and quantitative parameters were assessed for differerntiating between the solid malignant and benign nudules by TomTec software. The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive and negative predictive of CEUS were evaluated. Results:In 287 calcified thyroid nodules,there were 177 benign nod-ules and 110 malignant nodules. The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive,negative predictive rate of CEUS were 93. 6%,94. 9%,91. 9% and 96. 0%,respectively. Conclusion:CEUS is helpful to identify the benign and malignant calcified thyroid nodules.
