抗战时期，四川县级合作金库职员的薪酬主要由薪级工资、战时津贴、米贴、旅费补助以及眷属津贴组成。辅导机关的不同、地区经济水平的差异以及通货膨胀等因素都直接影响到合作金库职员的薪酬。与合作指导人员相比，合作金库职员薪酬较高，这极易加深双方的隔阂并激化矛盾，造成农村合作运动中“不合作”现象的发生。与中国农民银行职员相比，合作金库职员的薪酬水平明显偏低，造成合作金库人员的大量流失，严重影响了农村合作事业的健康发展。

In the period of Anti-Japanese War,the staff salary of county-level cooperative bank in Sichuan Province was composed of pay-scale salary,wartime allowance,food subsidy, travelling subsidies and dependents allowance. The differences in departments,regional economic development level,and inflation all directly influence the salary of staffs in cooperative banks. Compared with the salary of cooperative instructors,the salary of cooperative staffs is higher, which easily led to the estrangement between the two parties and intensifies the contradictions. This finally led to the“uncooperative”result of the rural cooperative movement. Compared with the staff salary of Farmers' Bank of China,the salary of cooperative banks was obviously lower, which caused serious staff loss of cooperative banks and greatly affected the healthy development of rural cooperative movement.
