盘式制动器具有制动距离短、制动响应快、制动强度大、水稳定性强、散热性能好、结构紧凑、维修方便等优点,但在我国大中城市客车上的应用才刚刚开始。本文对城市客车前后桥采用盘式制动器造成的摩擦片磨损不均问题进行试验分析,找出问题原因,并提出相应的解决措施。
盤式製動器具有製動距離短、製動響應快、製動彊度大、水穩定性彊、散熱性能好、結構緊湊、維脩方便等優點,但在我國大中城市客車上的應用纔剛剛開始。本文對城市客車前後橋採用盤式製動器造成的摩抆片磨損不均問題進行試驗分析,找齣問題原因,併提齣相應的解決措施。

Disc brakers have the advantages of short braking distance, rapid response, excellent braking force, steady water performance, good heat distribution, compact installation and easy-to-repair, etc. Their applications on medium and large buses and coaches have just started in China. The authors mainly focus on the issue of unbalanced wear in braking pads between front and rear axles through testing analysis, and find out the main reasons, then state the corresponding solutions.
