基于电梯复合曳引钢带强度损失的原因,对钢带现有无损检测方法进行比较和分析,通过对钢带电阻检测法的试验验证,得出了钢带剩余强度减少率与钢丝绳芯电阻变化率之间的关系,在此基础上提出了钢带无损检测的合理化建议。
基于電梯複閤抴引鋼帶彊度損失的原因,對鋼帶現有無損檢測方法進行比較和分析,通過對鋼帶電阻檢測法的試驗驗證,得齣瞭鋼帶剩餘彊度減少率與鋼絲繩芯電阻變化率之間的關繫,在此基礎上提齣瞭鋼帶無損檢測的閤理化建議。

Based on reasons for intensity loss of the combined traction steel band for the lift , the paper compares and analyzes the current non-destructive testing methods.Through the test verification of the steel band resistance detecting method , the relationship between the decrement rate of the residual intensity of the steel band and resistance change rate of the steel rope core is gained .Based on this , the paper puts forward proper suggestions for non-destructive testing of the steel band.
