随着工业控制技术的不断进步和发展,大量的新技术、新设备在散货码头设备系统得到了不同程度的应用,文中利用一种新型的料流检测装置和相应的PLC程序控制技术对散货码头的带式输送机控制工艺进行了改造,将传统的逆料流启动方式改造为顺料流启动,大大缩短了空转时间,降低了港口能耗。
隨著工業控製技術的不斷進步和髮展,大量的新技術、新設備在散貨碼頭設備繫統得到瞭不同程度的應用,文中利用一種新型的料流檢測裝置和相應的PLC程序控製技術對散貨碼頭的帶式輸送機控製工藝進行瞭改造,將傳統的逆料流啟動方式改造為順料流啟動,大大縮短瞭空轉時間,降低瞭港口能耗。

With continuous progress and development of the industrial control technology , many new technologies and equipment are widely applied at the bulk cargo terminal .The paper introduces a new-type material flow detecting device and matching PLC program control technology to improve the control process of the belt conveyer at the bulk cargo terminal . The traditional material counter-flow start mode is changed to down-flow start mode , which can significantly shorten the id-ling time and reduce the energy consumption at the port .
