通过研究翻车机机载液压站的动作工艺特性,以及低频运行待机和停泵待机的能效区别,在充分考虑翻车机运行时安全联锁的基础上,对其运行工艺进行优化,给出了优化的工艺流程图,编辑了相关的工艺程序、安全联锁程序和故障诊断程序,并用变频技术缓冲频繁启动时对电机和泵的冲击,减少水锤效应对泵的损害,同时降低了电机直接启动时的高能耗,既保护了设备,又达到节能目的,分析给出了节能指标。

Through study on the process characteristics of the onboard hydraulic station of the tippler , and differences of energy efficiency between the idling at low frequency and standby by stopping pumping , the running process is optimized based on full consideration of safety linkage with the tippler in operation , in order to get the optimized process flowchart and edit related process programs , safety linkage programs , and fault diagnosis programs .The frequency conversion technology is used to buffer the impact to the motor and bump in case of frequent startup , decrease any damage to the bump by the wa-ter hammer effect , and reduce high energy consumption of the motor arising from direct startup , hence to protect the equip-ment, and realize the energy-saving goal.And the energy-saving index is given in the paper .
