改革开放以来，中国的动画消费市场迅速扩大，但“洋动画”的入侵使中国动画产业每况愈下。从规模经济和范围经济角度入手，探讨中国动画产业的发展模式，发现“小而全”的模式并不适合中国动画企业的发展，只有采取“小而专”的模式并与其他企业合作才能实现规模经济和范围经济。对中国动画产业基地建设情况进行分析，提出具体建议。

Since the reform and opening up,the consumer market of China's animation indus-try expands rapidly,but the inflow of foreign animations makes the domestic animations to go from bad to worse. From the perspectives of scale economy and scope economy,the article discusses the development mode of China' s animation industry,and finds out that“small and complete”business model is unsuitable for the development of China's animation enterprises. Only by adop-ting the“small and specialized”business model and cooperating with other enterprises,can Chi-nese animation enterprises achieve scale and scope economies. Besides,the paper analyzes the construction of China's animation industry base,and gives some suggestions to solve problems.
