经营绩效的不同是中美两国电商企业差异的重要外显形态。从销售额、总资产、营业收入、净利润、净利率、资产回报率等方面对中美两国电商企业经营绩效进行比较研究。通过对中美两国B2 C市场概况和典型B2C企业(京东和亚马逊)经营绩效进行比较,以及C2C市场概况和典型C2C企业(淘宝网和eBay)经营绩效的比较,提出中国电商企业的发展建议。

The difference of operating performance is an important explicit form between the e-commerce companies in China and the U. S. . The paper makes a comparative research on the operating performance of e-commerce companies in the two countries from the aspects of sales volume,total asset,operating income,net profit,net profit rate,and asset return rate. By com-paring the B2C markets,the operating performance of classic B2C companies ( Jingdong and Ama-zon) ,the C2C markets,and the operating performance of classic C2C companies ( Taobao and eBay) ,suggestions on how to make development in China for e-commerce companies are pro-posed.
