由于轻视乃至无视与国内生产总值同样重要的民生福利，GDP至上主义受到广泛批评。通过经济学分析，论证GDP至上主义对社会守法水平产生负面影响，降低社会总体福利水平。应通过转变思想观念和改革考核制度等举措提高社会守法水平，实现社会总体福利最大化。

GDP supremacy is widely criticized by people due to the supremacists' despising or even ignoring of people's welfare,which is actually as important as GDP. By using economic anal-ysis,the paper aims to prove that GDP supremacy brings negative impacts on social law-abiding behavior and decreases the total welfare of the society. Therefore,we should change our ideolog-ical concepts and reform assessment system to improve social law -abiding level,and maximize the total social welfare.
