以1台服役18年的造船门座起重机为研究对象,利用应变电测法对起重机圆筒进行结构与载荷响应测试分析,通过布置圆筒最大弯矩截面处互成90°的测点,确立该机典型工况下圆筒的应力变化规律,研究结果对转柱式门座起重机圆筒结构的设计和安全评估具有指导意义。

With a ship-building gantry crane serving for 18 years as the study object , the paper conducts analysis on the structure and load response for the crane drum with the strain electric measuring method .The measuring point forming 90°to the drum section with the maximum bending moment is set to determine the stress change rule of the drum under typ -ical working conditions .The study result provides guidance for design and safety evaluation of the drum structure of the sle -wing pillar gantry crane.
