以锚机链轮轴为研究对象,利用Pro/Engineer软件建立起锚机三维模型,运用多体动力学软件Re-curDyn对起锚机链轮轴进行刚柔耦合动力学仿真分析,从而得出链轮轴在工作过程中的动应力历程。分析结果表明:链轮轴在工作负载阶段强度满足结构设计要求。该分析结果可为起锚机链轮轴的优化、设计和校核提供参考。

With the sprocket shaft of marine windlass as the study object , the 3D model is developed for the anchor machine with Pro/Engineer software and the simulation analysis is performed on the rigid-flexible coupling of sprocket shaft of marine windlass using multi-body dynamics software-RecurDyn, in order to get the dynamic stress course of the sprocket shaft in operation.The analysis result shows that the sprocket shaft under the working load is provided with the strength consistent with the design requirement .The analysis result can provide reference for optimization , design, and review of the sprocket shaft.
