本文介绍我院三年来电子工程应用训练中心建设的经验，详细阐述了具有电子信息特色的工程训练中心建设方案。该方案围绕需求引导、工程应用和创新实践的教育理念，以工程认知能力、工程实验能力、工程设计能力和工程实施能力为主线进行规划。建设方案实施三年来，效果显著。

This paper introdnces the experiences on constructing of the electronic engineering applying training cen-ter in the college of electronic engineering of Xi'an university of posts and telecommunications,the building project of the engineering training center with electronic information characteristics is described in detail. The project re-volves around the demand guide,engineering application and innovative practice educational philosophy and the engineering cognitive ability,engineering experimental ability,engineering designing ability,and engineering im-plementing ability mainstream. The building project has made remarkable achievements since it carried out three years ago.
