There are still many problems in the current higher vocational school nursing students practice management, in-cluding change education model and hospital function, insufficient awareness of student internships and internships in the weak sense of service, the quality of nursing practice graduate interns vulnerable impact. Taking these issues as the focus, in-novative research and discuss the goals management vocational nursing students practice management mode, process man-agement and evaluation of management.
