在旅游业蓬勃发展的今日,对旅游人才的需求是非常旺盛的.现如今高职院校纷纷开设旅游类专业,希望通过高校模式化、系统化的专业教育,为社会旅游业输送大量的旅游类人才.但是当前高职院校旅游类专业人才培养模式存在诸多漏洞,比如人才培养目标定位不明确、缺乏系统完善的人才培养方案、教学方法陈旧、课程体系不健全等等,这些问题的存在严重阻碍了高职旅游类专业人才培养事业的发展,加剧了旅游专业人才与用人单位的矛盾.为此本文从问题出发,提出了若干条人才培养模式改革建议.

In the booming tourism industry today, the demand for tourism professionals is very strong.
