运用ADAMS建立船用锚绞机减速器齿轮传动系统动力学模型,对啮合过程中轴承位置处所受的动载荷进行获取,基于模态叠加法在模态空间对减速器箱体的振动响应进行计算。在LMS Virtual.Lab软件中,利用振动响应获得的结果,采用声学边界元法对齿轮箱外场辐射噪声进行求解,得到齿轮箱噪声谱,为齿轮箱振动噪声的优化设计提供理论依据。
運用ADAMS建立船用錨絞機減速器齒輪傳動繫統動力學模型,對齧閤過程中軸承位置處所受的動載荷進行穫取,基于模態疊加法在模態空間對減速器箱體的振動響應進行計算。在LMS Virtual.Lab軟件中,利用振動響應穫得的結果,採用聲學邊界元法對齒輪箱外場輻射譟聲進行求解,得到齒輪箱譟聲譜,為齒輪箱振動譟聲的優化設計提供理論依據。

A dynamic model is developed for the gear system of marine anchor and mooring equipment with ADAMS to get the dynamic load borne by the bearing position during the meshing process .Based on the mode superposition method , the vibration response of the reducer box is calculated in the modal space .In LMS Virtual.Lab, the out-field radiation noise of the gear box is gained by the Acoustic BEM with reference to the result from the vibration response , in order to get the noise spectrum of the gearbox , which can provide theoretic basis for optimal design of the vibration noise .
