支撑托架是下行式移动模架造桥机的核心部件,通过建立支撑托架的有限元分析模型,利用Ansys有限元计算方法,对900 t造桥机支撑托架进行了振型分析,分析结果表明其自振频率密集,支撑托架结构的动力性能复杂。通过对支撑托架的稳态响应分析,确定支撑托架在承受随时间按正弦规律变化荷载时的稳态响应,可为支撑托架的进一步优化提供理论依据。

The support bracket is the core of the downward moving bridge fabrication machine .For the support bracket of the 900t bridge fabrication machine , the paper builds the finite element analysis model and adopts the Ansys finite ele-ment calculation method to analyze the vibration mode of the support bracket .Analyses show that the self-vibration frequen-cy is high and the dynamic performance of the support bracket is complicated .Through the steady-state response analysis on the support bracket , the steady state response of the support bracket bearing the load with time changing as sine wave is de -termined, which can provide theoretic basis for further optimization of the support bracket .
