针对当前广泛存在的大学生自习室供不应求问题,本文通过分析湖北工业大学的典型情况,提出了自习室"目视管理"自习室管理新模式,力求在较大程度上解决大学自习室供不应求的问题,减缓图书馆自习室人口过剩的现状,为我国大部分高校的自习室管理提供参考.
