目的：旨在使青少年患者、家属和医疗工作者重视癌症本身及其治疗对生育力的影响，强调了青少年癌症患者生育咨询的重要性，并鼓励临床医生了解治疗方案对生育力的影响以及保存生育力的方法技术。方法通过查阅国内外权威数据库，回顾了1995至2014年有关青少年患者生育力保存的相关研究成果。结果阐述了肿瘤治疗对生育力的影响，并且总结了生育力的保存方法以及肿瘤生殖学领域的重要进展，同时强调了生育咨询的重要性，指出了生育力保存技术未来的发展方向。结论某些肿瘤及其治疗确实会对青少年患者的生育力造成影响。因此，青少年肿瘤患者生育能力应作为评价其远期预后的重要指标。临床医生应该协调好肿瘤治疗与患者生育力保存之间的关系，以改善患者的远期预后。

Objective This paper aims to make the adolescent patients and medical workers to pay attention to the effect of cancer itself and its treatment on fertility, stressed the importance of fertility counseling of adolescents with cancer, encouraged clinicians understanding the influence of the therapy on the fertility and fertility preservation methods. Method This review article use the data from 1995 to 2014 to inform the clinician about the effects of various cancer treatments on reproductive potential and the options for fertility preservation prior to cancer therapy. Results It will focus on important recent advancements made in the field of oncofertility, highlight the importance of fertility preservation counseling and future directions for fertility preservation technologies. Conclusions Some kinds of tumor and its treatments can harm the fertility of the adolescent patients. Therefore, the fertility of adolescent patients with tumor should be used as an important factor to evaluate the long-term prognosis. In order to improve the long-term prognosis of patients, clinicians should coordinate the relationship between the treatment with fertility preservation.
