探讨箱庭疗法对4岁幼儿攻击性行为的干预过程和有效性。采用个案研究法,对一名4岁幼儿表现的习惯性攻击行为进行箱庭干预。结果:在箱庭干预过程中,幼儿使用的玩具数量、种类和颜色由少、单一和贫乏转向丰富多样,沙盘空间使用由部分扩展到整体,箱庭主题由创伤性的“限制”和“混乱”主题向治愈性的“变化”和“整合”主题转变;干预期、追踪期幼儿攻击行为频数低于基线期,追踪期效果稳定。结论:与箱庭治疗相比,在正常教育环境下对幼儿攻击性行为的箱庭干预过程及其箱庭作品具有其独特性;箱庭干预对改善幼儿攻击性行为效果良好,表明箱庭干预的心理教育意义。

Objective] To explore the effect and process of sandplay on a four‐year‐old aggressive boy .[Methods] By case study ,a four‐year‐old boy with aggressive behavior received sandplay .[Results] During the process of intervention ,the manners in the utility of the number ,the category and color of miniatures changed from single and indigent to various .The space of sand container was expanded from part to whole ,as well as the theme of sandplay changed from 'limit','chaos'trau‐matic theme to'variation''integration'healing theme .[Conclusion] The results showed that sandplay intervention can do good to reduce the aggressive behaviors and negative emotions of the subject ,and to improve peer relationship and adaption to the kindergarten and guide the potential development .Those indicated that there are specific characteristics of aggressive chil‐dren's intervening process and sandplay works ,and sandplay can be used as an effective way to assist behavior modification for children with overmuch aggressive behavior .
