目的：探讨虾青素对卵巢储备功能降低（diminished ovarian reserve，DOR）患者行体外受精-胚胎移植（in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer，IVF）治疗结局的影响。方法对接受体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子注射（iVF/ intracytoplasmic sperm injection，ICSI）助孕治疗的30例 DOR 患者辅助治疗前后周期进行自身对照研究,分析卵巢储备功能指标（基础激素水平、窦卵泡计数等）及周期治疗参数（卵泡数、获卵数、受精率、胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率、周期取消率、流产率等）的变化。结果前后周期超促排卵方案差异无显著性,虾青素辅助治疗后基础窦卵泡计数、卵泡数、获卵数显著增加（P<0.05），胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率显著提高（P<0.05），周期取消率呈降低趋势（P>0.05），而受精率、流产率无差异（P>0.05）。结论虾青素辅助治疗可以改善 DOR 患者卵巢储备功能,提高卵巢反应性,改善 IVF 治疗结局。
목적：탐토하청소대란소저비공능강저（diminished ovarian reserve，DOR）환자행체외수정-배태이식（in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer，IVF）치료결국적영향。방법대접수체외수정/란포장내단정자주사（iVF/ intracytoplasmic sperm injection，ICSI）조잉치료적30례 DOR 환자보조치료전후주기진행자신대조연구,분석란소저비공능지표（기출격소수평、두란포계수등）급주기치료삼수（란포수、획란수、수정솔、배태충식솔、림상임신솔、주기취소솔、유산솔등）적변화。결과전후주기초촉배란방안차이무현저성,하청소보조치료후기출두란포계수、란포수、획란수현저증가（P<0.05），배태충식솔、림상임신솔현저제고（P<0.05），주기취소솔정강저추세（P>0.05），이수정솔、유산솔무차이（P>0.05）。결론하청소보조치료가이개선 DOR 환자란소저비공능,제고란소반응성,개선 IVF 치료결국。
Objective To discuss the influence of astaxanthin on outcome of diminished ovarian reserve patients in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Method Self-control study was done on 30 DOR patients of the in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF/ICSI) treatment before and after the acceptance of assisted reproductive cycles. Analyze ovarian reserve index (base hormone levels, antral follicle count,etc.)and cycle treatment parameters (number of follicles, oocytes, fertilization rate, embryo implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, cycle cancellation rate, abortion rate, etc.) change. Results The control ovarian hyperstimulation program between the previous cycle and the next cycle has no significant difference. After the treatment of astaxanthin,based antral follicle count, the number of follicles, implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate and the number of oocytes significantly increase(P<0.05) with cycle cancellation rate significantly decreased(P>0.05). The fertilization rate and abortion rate has no difference (P>0.05). Conclusions Astaxanthin can improve ovarian reserve function of DOR patient, the ovarian reactivity and IVF treatment outcome.
