Rostellularia procumbens%decoction%analgesia%anti-inflammation
目的:探讨爵床的镇痛、抗炎作用。方法采用热板法、扭体法致痛,观察高、中、低剂量爵床水煎剂的镇痛作用;采用耳肿法、足肿法致炎,观察高、中、低剂量爵床水煎剂的抗炎作用。结果爵床水煎剂高、中、低剂量对热板法所致小鼠痛阈值有明显的提高,与生理盐水对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01);爵床水煎剂高、中剂量给药后与自身给药前比较,差异显著(P<0.01),爵床水煎剂低剂量给药后15、30、60 min与给药前比较差异显著(P<0.01);爵床水煎剂高、中、低剂量对醋酸所致扭体反应数均有明显抑制作用,与生理盐水对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。爵床水煎剂高、中、低剂量对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀均有明显抑制作用,与生理盐水对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01,P<0.05);爵床水煎剂高、中、低剂量对蛋清所致小鼠足跖肿胀均有明显抑制作用,与生理盐水对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论爵床水煎剂具有一定镇痛、抗炎作用。
目的:探討爵床的鎮痛、抗炎作用。方法採用熱闆法、扭體法緻痛,觀察高、中、低劑量爵床水煎劑的鎮痛作用;採用耳腫法、足腫法緻炎,觀察高、中、低劑量爵床水煎劑的抗炎作用。結果爵床水煎劑高、中、低劑量對熱闆法所緻小鼠痛閾值有明顯的提高,與生理鹽水對照組比較差異極顯著(P<0.01);爵床水煎劑高、中劑量給藥後與自身給藥前比較,差異顯著(P<0.01),爵床水煎劑低劑量給藥後15、30、60 min與給藥前比較差異顯著(P<0.01);爵床水煎劑高、中、低劑量對醋痠所緻扭體反應數均有明顯抑製作用,與生理鹽水對照組比較差異顯著(P<0.01)。爵床水煎劑高、中、低劑量對二甲苯所緻小鼠耳廓腫脹均有明顯抑製作用,與生理鹽水對照組比較差異顯著(P<0.01,P<0.05);爵床水煎劑高、中、低劑量對蛋清所緻小鼠足蹠腫脹均有明顯抑製作用,與生理鹽水對照組比較差異極顯著(P<0.01)。結論爵床水煎劑具有一定鎮痛、抗炎作用。
목적:탐토작상적진통、항염작용。방법채용열판법、뉴체법치통,관찰고、중、저제량작상수전제적진통작용;채용이종법、족종법치염,관찰고、중、저제량작상수전제적항염작용。결과작상수전제고、중、저제량대열판법소치소서통역치유명현적제고,여생리염수대조조비교차이겁현저(P<0.01);작상수전제고、중제량급약후여자신급약전비교,차이현저(P<0.01),작상수전제저제량급약후15、30、60 min여급약전비교차이현저(P<0.01);작상수전제고、중、저제량대작산소치뉴체반응수균유명현억제작용,여생리염수대조조비교차이현저(P<0.01)。작상수전제고、중、저제량대이갑분소치소서이곽종창균유명현억제작용,여생리염수대조조비교차이현저(P<0.01,P<0.05);작상수전제고、중、저제량대단청소치소서족척종창균유명현억제작용,여생리염수대조조비교차이겁현저(P<0.01)。결론작상수전제구유일정진통、항염작용。
Objective:To investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects ofRostellularia procumbens in mice. Methods:Byusing the hot-plate and acetic acid writhing method to induce pain in mice, and observe the analgesic effect of different doses ofR. procumbensdecoction. Byusing the ear tumefaction, foot swelling to induce inflammation in mice, and observe the anti-inflammatory effect of different decoction doses.Results: Different doses ofR. procumbensdecoction could significantly elevate the pain threshold with hot plate method (P < 0.01), comparing with the saline control group. High, medium decoction dosesandlow-dose for 15, 30, 60 min could significantly elevate the pain threshold with hot plate method (P < 0.01), comparing with the self-administration earlier. Compared with the saline control group, the decoction could significantly reduce the number with acetic acid writhing method, restrain mouse ear tumefaction caused by xylene and mouse foot swelling caused by egg white (P < 0.01).Conclusion:The results showsR. procumbens decoction has the analgesic effects and anti-inflammatory.
