酸型H-ZSM-5分子筛在各个领域的应用非常普遍.而传统酸型H-ZSM-5的获得一般通过先合成Na型ZSM-5再经多次离子交换制得,所得产品中Na+不能被完全交换,影响反应催化活性.而直接合成酸型H-ZSM-5产物纯净,催化活性较好.基于此,综述了酸型H-ZSM-5分子筛合成方面取得的一些进展,包括多种合成方法以及合成影响因素,并简述了H型ZSM-5分子筛作为催化剂在各个方面的应用.

Acid-type H-ZSM-5 zeolite was used in various fields. Conventional H-type ZSM-5 was generally obtained by Na type ZSM-5 synthesis and repeating ion exchange. Na+ in the resulting product could not be fully exchanged, which affected the catalytic activity of the reaction. The direct synthesis of H-ZSM-5 had high purity and good catalytic activity. Based on this, the advances in the synthesis of ZSM-5 zeolite H-made, included a variety of synthetic methods and synthetic influence factors, were review, the H-ZSM-5 zeolite as a catalyst in various aspects was described.
