本研究借助静态腐蚀失重法确定了硫氰酸钾/硫脲缓蚀剂的最佳配方,并分别研究了该配方在5%硫酸、5%硝酸及5%盐酸中对45碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明:在5%硫酸溶液中,使用硫氰酸钾:硫脲为7:3的质量比配方,缓蚀剂为0.2%时对45碳钢的缓蚀达到最大,缓蚀率为82.3%;在5%硝酸溶液中,使用硫氰酸钾:硫脲为4:6的质量比配方,缓蚀剂的加入量为0.1%时对45碳钢的缓蚀率可达到99%以上;在5%盐酸中,只需加入0.2%的复合缓蚀剂(硫氰酸钾:硫脲=4:6),对45碳钢的缓蚀率可以达到76%。Tafel极化曲线表明硫氰酸钾/硫脲复合物的加入可以明显地降低45碳钢在3种酸溶液中的腐蚀电流。
本研究藉助靜態腐蝕失重法確定瞭硫氰痠鉀/硫脲緩蝕劑的最佳配方,併分彆研究瞭該配方在5%硫痠、5%硝痠及5%鹽痠中對45碳鋼的緩蝕性能。結果錶明:在5%硫痠溶液中,使用硫氰痠鉀:硫脲為7:3的質量比配方,緩蝕劑為0.2%時對45碳鋼的緩蝕達到最大,緩蝕率為82.3%;在5%硝痠溶液中,使用硫氰痠鉀:硫脲為4:6的質量比配方,緩蝕劑的加入量為0.1%時對45碳鋼的緩蝕率可達到99%以上;在5%鹽痠中,隻需加入0.2%的複閤緩蝕劑(硫氰痠鉀:硫脲=4:6),對45碳鋼的緩蝕率可以達到76%。Tafel極化麯線錶明硫氰痠鉀/硫脲複閤物的加入可以明顯地降低45碳鋼在3種痠溶液中的腐蝕電流。
본연구차조정태부식실중법학정료류청산갑/류뇨완식제적최가배방,병분별연구료해배방재5%류산、5%초산급5%염산중대45탄강적완식성능。결과표명:재5%류산용액중,사용류청산갑:류뇨위7:3적질량비배방,완식제위0.2%시대45탄강적완식체도최대,완식솔위82.3%;재5%초산용액중,사용류청산갑:류뇨위4:6적질량비배방,완식제적가입량위0.1%시대45탄강적완식솔가체도99%이상;재5%염산중,지수가입0.2%적복합완식제(류청산갑:류뇨=4:6),대45탄강적완식솔가이체도76%。Tafel겁화곡선표명류청산갑/류뇨복합물적가입가이명현지강저45탄강재3충산용액중적부식전류。
The best formula and corrosion inhibition performances of the potassium thiocyanate/ thiourea complex inhibitor on the 45 carbon steel in different acid solutions(5%H2SO4, 5%HNO3, 5%HCl)were studied by static weight loss method. The results showed that the corrosion inhibition efficiency of 45 carbon steel in 5% H2SO4 was 82.3% with 0.2% adding amount of complex inhibitor (weight ratio of potassium thiocyanate to thiourea, 7:3), and it was above 99% and 76% in 5% HNO3 and HCl with 0.1% and 0.2% adding amount of complex inhibitor (weight ratio of potassium thiocyanate to thiourea, 4:6), respectively. Tafel polarization curve results showed that the addition of the potassium thiocyanate/thiourea complex can significantly reduce corrosion current.
