目的：观察无托槽隐形矫治器与固定矫正器矫治前、中、后期的牙周健康状况。方法：选取46例口腔正畸治疗患者，随机分成两组，A组26例为无托槽隐形矫治组，B组20例为直丝弓固定矫治组，分别检测患者矫治前、矫治过程中第1、3、6月，矫治完成时、矫治完成后3月的牙周指数（PLI、GBI、PD），比较两组牙周指数的变化。结果：与矫治前相比，A、B两组在矫治过程中的各项牙周指数均升高，而B组则升高明显（P＜0．05）。 A组PLI、GBI在矫治过程中及矫治完成时均低于B组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），A组PD在矫治1月、3月时低于B组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），在矫治6月与结束时两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），在矫治完成3月后，两组牙周指数均无明显差异（P＞0．05）。结论：无托槽隐形矫治器比固定矫治器更有利于牙周组织健康维护。
목적：관찰무탁조은형교치기여고정교정기교치전、중、후기적아주건강상황。방법：선취46례구강정기치료환자，수궤분성량조，A조26례위무탁조은형교치조，B조20례위직사궁고정교치조，분별검측환자교치전、교치과정중제1、3、6월，교치완성시、교치완성후3월적아주지수（PLI、GBI、PD），비교량조아주지수적변화。결과：여교치전상비，A、B량조재교치과정중적각항아주지수균승고，이B조칙승고명현（P＜0．05）。 A조PLI、GBI재교치과정중급교치완성시균저우B조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），A조PD재교치1월、3월시저우B조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），재교치6월여결속시량조비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05），재교치완성3월후，량조아주지수균무명현차이（P＞0．05）。결론：무탁조은형교치기비고정교치기경유리우아주조직건강유호。
Objective:To evaluate the periodontal health between patients treated with invisalign? and fixed or-thodontic appliances. Method:46 cases were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:26 patients in group A wore in-visalign? aligners while 20 patients in group B wore fixed orthodontic straight wire appliances.The periodontal indices in-cluding plaque index(PLI),gingival bleeding index(GBI),and probing depth(PD) were examined in both groups immedi-ately after the placement of fixed appliances (pretreatment),at 1,3,and 6 months after appliances were placed,after the appliance were removed,and 3 months after appliances were removed(posttreatment). Result:When compared with pretreat-ment,the periodontal indices of both groups during treatment were increased,while group B has significant increase (P <0.05). PLI、GBI of group A in the treatment period and completed treatment were lower than those in group B(P<0.05),PD in the group A was lower than the B group in the treatment of 1 months,3 months,but there was no significant difference in the treatment of 6 months and finished (P>0.05). While there was no significant difference between the two groups of peri-odontal indices in 3 months after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion:The invisalign? aligner is more propitious to periodontal health than the fixed appliances.
