首先对石家庄北国超市北国商城店、谈固店、长江店3家超市进行了实地考察并发放调查问卷，收集统计了相关的信息，并分析超市的客流量分布情况。然后按年龄段、性别、出行方式进行分类，分析各家超市顾客的购物行为特征；再将3家大型超市进行比较，分析不同地段超市顾客购物行为的异同点；最后总结不同分类下石家庄居民大型超市购物行为特征。

Firstly,we studied Shijiazhuang Beiguo supermarket Beiguoshangcheng store,Tangu store, Changjiang store on the spot, and carried out questionnaire survey. We collected relevant informa-tion,and analyzed consumer flow rate of supermarket. Then,the characteristics of shopping behavior of customers in various supermarkets were anal-yzed as sorting by age,gender and travel mode. By comparing three supermarkets,we obtained the similarities and differences of customer shopping be-havior in different supermarket. Lastly, the characteristics of shopping behavior of supermarkets in Shijiazhuang be summed under different classifications.
