目的：观察一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿的疗效和优越性。方法100例肛周脓肿患者，均行一期根治术，观察其效果。结果100例肛周脓肿患者中99例治愈，治愈率为99%。结论一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿疗效突出，优越于传统的肛周脓肿治疗方法，值得临床推广应用。

목적：관찰일기근치술치료항주농종적료효화우월성。방법100례항주농종환자，균행일기근치술，관찰기효과。결과100례항주농종환자중99례치유，치유솔위99%。결론일기근치술치료항주농종료효돌출，우월우전통적항주농종치료방법，치득림상추엄응용。
ObjectiveTo observe curative effect and superiority of stage one radical resection in the treatment of perianal abscess.MethodsA total of 100 patients with perianal abscess received stage one radical resection. Their curative effects were observed.ResultsThere were 99 cured cases among 100 patients, with a cure rate as 99%.ConclusionStage one radical resection provides precise effect in treating perianal abscess. It is better than traditional treatment method, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
