结合钢棒自动探伤,系统地分析了采用涡流加超声检测法检测钢棒表面和内部裂纹时的相关问题。经过对棒材无损检测方法和检测系统设计的分析,根据现场棒材缺陷的实际情况和检测要求,确定了采用具有速度快、灵敏度高等优点的涡流加超声检测方法和系统整体设计及布置方案,如不同规格钢棒的覆盖率及灵敏度等,设计出了一套可以准确有效检测棒材各种缺陷的高效自动化无损检测系统。

Combined with the steel bar automatic flaw detection, the relevant problems for steel bar surface and in?ternal cracks were systematically analyzed using eddy current and ultrasonic detection method. After the analysis of de?sign of nondestructive detection method and detection system for bar, according to the actual situation and the inspec?tion requirements of defects of steel bars at site, it was determined to use eddy current and ultrasonic detection method and the overall system design and layout scheme with the advantages of fast speed and high sensitivity, such as the cov?erage rate and sensitivity of steel bars with different sizes, finally a set of automatic flaw detection system for inspecting various defects of steel bar accurately and effectively was designed.
