利用卧式3150吨挤压机对GH3625合金进行挤压管坯试验:在相同润滑条件、挤压比、挤压速度的情况下,采用不同的温度对GH625合金官品进行热挤压开坯,并取样观察显微组织,经分析讨论得出:GH3625合金在挤压过程中易出现闷车、断裂、爆裂等异常状况;为使GH3625合金挤压过程成型性良好,并具有良好的显微组织管坯,应将加热温度控制在一定温度下。
利用臥式3150噸擠壓機對GH3625閤金進行擠壓管坯試驗:在相同潤滑條件、擠壓比、擠壓速度的情況下,採用不同的溫度對GH625閤金官品進行熱擠壓開坯,併取樣觀察顯微組織,經分析討論得齣:GH3625閤金在擠壓過程中易齣現悶車、斷裂、爆裂等異常狀況;為使GH3625閤金擠壓過程成型性良好,併具有良好的顯微組織管坯,應將加熱溫度控製在一定溫度下。

The extruded test on GH3625 alloy tube billet was carried out by using 3150 tons horizontal extruding machine:under the same condition of lubrication, extrusion ratio and extruding rate, hot extrusion of GH625 alloy steel tube billet at different temperatures was carried out, and the samples were taken to observe the microscopic structure. After analysis ,the following conclusion was made:in the process of extruding GH3625 alloy, there were some abnormal situations happened, such as fracturing or cracking;in order to make GH3625 alloy good-shaped in the process of ex?trusion and produce tube billet with good microstructure, the heating temperature should be kept at 1150~1160℃.
