目的：观察消乳散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法150例乳腺增生患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各75例。治疗组采用消乳散结胶囊治疗；对照组采用小金丸治疗，对比两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%，对照组总有效率为53.3%。治疗组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消乳散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

목적：관찰소유산결효낭치료유선증생적림상료효。방법150례유선증생환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，각75례。치료조채용소유산결효낭치료；대조조채용소금환치료，대비량조료효。결과치료조총유효솔위93.3%，대조조총유효솔위53.3%。치료조우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론소유산결효낭치료유선증생료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Obejective To observe clinical effect by Xiaorusanjie capsule in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.MethodsA total of 150 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 75 cases in each group. The treatment group received Xiaorusanjie capsule for treatment, and the control group received Xiaojin pills. Curative effects of the two groupswere compared.ResultsThe treatment group had total effective rate as 93.3%, and the control group had that as 53.3%. The treatment group had better excellent rate than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionXiaorusanjie capsule provides precise effect in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
