目的:探讨冠心病(CHD)合并糖尿病(DM)患者冠状动脉造影的临床特点。方法143例经冠状动脉造影确诊为冠心病患者,根据有无合并糖尿病分为DM组(62例)和非DM组(81例),比较两组患者的一般情况、血脂和冠状动脉病变范围和程度。结果两组年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、吸烟、高血压(HBP)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05), DM组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均高于非DM组(P<0.05), DM组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低于非DM组(P<0.05), DM组冠状动脉重度狭窄、闭塞、弥漫性病变、3支及以上病变发病率高于非DM组(P<0.05)。结论 DM组冠状动脉病变累及范围广而且程度重。
目的:探討冠心病(CHD)閤併糖尿病(DM)患者冠狀動脈造影的臨床特點。方法143例經冠狀動脈造影確診為冠心病患者,根據有無閤併糖尿病分為DM組(62例)和非DM組(81例),比較兩組患者的一般情況、血脂和冠狀動脈病變範圍和程度。結果兩組年齡、體質量指數(BMI)、吸煙、高血壓(HBP)比較,差異均無統計學意義(P>0.05), DM組總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)均高于非DM組(P<0.05), DM組高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)低于非DM組(P<0.05), DM組冠狀動脈重度狹窄、閉塞、瀰漫性病變、3支及以上病變髮病率高于非DM組(P<0.05)。結論 DM組冠狀動脈病變纍及範圍廣而且程度重。
목적:탐토관심병(CHD)합병당뇨병(DM)환자관상동맥조영적림상특점。방법143례경관상동맥조영학진위관심병환자,근거유무합병당뇨병분위DM조(62례)화비DM조(81례),비교량조환자적일반정황、혈지화관상동맥병변범위화정도。결과량조년령、체질량지수(BMI)、흡연、고혈압(HBP)비교,차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05), DM조총담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)균고우비DM조(P<0.05), DM조고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)저우비DM조(P<0.05), DM조관상동맥중도협착、폐새、미만성병변、3지급이상병변발병솔고우비DM조(P<0.05)。결론 DM조관상동맥병변루급범위엄이차정도중。
Objective To investigate clinical characteristics of coronary arteriography in coronary heart disease (CHD) complicated with diabetes mellitus (DM) patients.Methods A total of 143 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary arteriography were divided by occurrence of diabetes mellitus into DM group (62 cases) and non-DM group (81 cases). Comparisons were made on common data, blood lipid, range and degree of coronary artery disease in the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences of age, body mass index (BMI), smoking and high blood pressure (HBP) between the two groups (P>0.05). The DM group had all higher total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) than the non-DM group (P<0.05). The DM group had lower high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) than the non-DM group (P<0.05). The DM group had higher incidences of severe coronary stenosis, occlusion, diffuse lesion, and over 3-vessel disease than the non-DM group (P<0.05).Conclusion DM group has large involved range and high severity of coronary artery disease.
