目的：探讨白内障超声乳化术的手术时间、超声乳化时间和并发症的发生,评价初期白内障超声乳化手术进展。方法200例年龄相关性白内障患者,以白内障手术第1~100例为A组,第101~200例为B组进行研究。结果A组手术时间为(27.87±7.36)min, B组手术时间为(19.10±5.82)min；A组超声乳化时间为(115.13±85.42)s, B组超声乳化手术时间为(103.53±66.84)s,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组术中并发症发生例数少于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在白内障超声乳化术初学期随着手术的进展,手术时间及超声乳化时间缩短,并发症发生率减少明显。

Objective To investigate operation time, phacoemulsification time and complications in phacoemulsification, and to evaluate progress in incipient phacoemulsification.Methods A total of 200 patients with age-related cataract were divided into group A with 1~100 patients receiving cataract surgery and group B with 101~200 patients.Results Operation time was (27.87±7.36) min group A and (19.10±5.82) min in group B. Phacoemulsification time was (115.13±85.42) s in group A and (103.53±66.84) s in group B. The differences between the two groups all had statistical significance (P<0.05). Group B had less cases with complications than group A, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Progress in incipient phacoemulsification provides shortened operation time and phacoemulsification time, and remarkably reduced incidence of complications.
