目的::编制医学生情绪管理能力量表,并检验其信效度。方法:依据理论分析,结合访谈和开放式问卷调查等方法编制问卷初始条目。先以458名医学生为受试对象,对初始问卷进行施测,用于项目分析和探索性因素分析,确定问卷的维度和条目。再对300名医学生进行正式测评,用于验证性因素分析和信效度分析。使用情绪智力测量表作为效标。结果:量表由28个条目组成,包括情绪评价能力、情绪感知能力、情绪表达能力和情绪调控能力4个维度。验证性因素分析得出模型拟合指数χ2/df=2.140,RMSEA=0.050,CFI=0.905,IFI=0.906,总分与情绪智力量表总分呈显著正相关关系(r=0.813,P<0.01)。量表的Cronbachˊs α系数为0.923,Spearman-Brown分半信度为0.891,4个维度的 Cronbachˊs α系数分别为0.864、0.751、0.777和0.741。结论:编制的量表具有较好的信效度,是测量医学生情绪管理能力的有效工具。

Objective:To compile the emotion management ability scale in medical students, and check its reliability and validity. Methods:The initial entry of questionnaire was compiled according to the theoretical analysis,interview and open questionnaire survey. Four hundred and fifty-eight medical students were investigated for analyzing item and exploratory factors and determining the dimensions and entries of questionnaire. Three hundred medical students were formally evaluated for confirmatory factor and validity analysis,the emotion management ability scale was used as a criterion. Results:The scale was made up of 28 clauses,which included the emotional evaluation,emotional awareness,emotional expression ability and emotion regulation ability. Theχ2/df=2. 140,RMSEA=0. 050,CFI=0. 905 and IFI=0. 906 fitting index were obtained by analyzing the exploratory factor. The total score was significantly positive related to the emotional intelligence scale(r=0. 813,P<0. 01). The coefficient of total table was 0. 923. the 1/2 reliability of Spearman-Brown was 0. 891,and the Cronbachaˊs α coefficient of four dimensions were 0. 864,0. 751,0. 777 and 0. 741,respectively. Conclusions:The emotion management ability scale has a good reliability and validity, which is an effective tool to measure the emotional management ability of medical students.
