在讨论高职校企合作中各关联方主要目标的基础上，立足硬件资源、软件资源、师资队伍和运作功能四个方面，阐述不同关联方目标环境下当前高职校企合作实践基地建设中存在的问题，提出基于利益均衡的相关建设措施。探讨包含目标性因素和效果性因素在内的指标体系及相应指标标准，以期该体系能实现评价功能，可通过“均衡利益”推动基地发展。

Based on the discussion of main goals of the related parties in school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education and four aspects about hardware resources, software resource, faculty, operational function, the paper elaborates the problems existing in the current construction of higher vocational school-enterprise cooperation practice base under different related parties target environment, and put forward the measures based on balance of interests. The paper discusses the index system that include the objective factors, effect factors and their related index standards, in order to not only achieve the evaluation function, but also promote the development of base by the balance of interests.
