目的:探讨单纯性肥胖儿童体内中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)的变化及意义。方法采用整群抽样法抽取7~18岁肥胖儿童90例,按体质量指数(BMI)将其分为轻、中、重度肥胖组,每组30例。同时以正常体重儿童30例作为健康对照组。对所有受试者测定空腹血糖(FBG)、血NGAL等相关指标水平,并测定胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果三组肥胖儿童FBG与健康对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);轻度肥胖组儿童体内NGAL及HOMA-IR与健康对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中、重度肥胖组儿童体内NGAL及HOMA-IR均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论明显的肥胖可影响儿童体内中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白、胰岛素等激素水平的分泌,是其日后出现胰岛素抵抗、甚至发展为糖尿病的可能原因。

목적:탐토단순성비반인동체내중성립세포명효매상관지질운재단백(NGAL)적변화급의의。방법채용정군추양법추취7~18세비반인동90례,안체질량지수(BMI)장기분위경、중、중도비반조,매조30례。동시이정상체중인동30례작위건강대조조。대소유수시자측정공복혈당(FBG)、혈NGAL등상관지표수평,병측정이도소저항지수(HOMA-IR)。결과삼조비반인동FBG여건강대조조비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);경도비반조인동체내NGAL급HOMA-IR여건강대조조상비,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);중、중도비반조인동체내NGAL급HOMA-IR균고우건강대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론명현적비반가영향인동체내중성립세포명효매상관지질운재단백、이도소등격소수평적분비,시기일후출현이도소저항、심지발전위당뇨병적가능원인。
ObjectiveTo investigate change and significance of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) in children with simple obesity.MethodsA total of 90 obesity children aging 7~18 years old in cluster sampling method were divided by their body mass index (BMI) into mild obesity group, moderate obesity group and severe obesity group (FBG), and each group contained 30 cases. There were another 30 healthy children as healthy control group. Fasting blood glucose(FBG), NGAL and insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) index were detected in all subjects.ResultsCompared with the healthy control group, the three obesity groups had no statistical significance in FBG (P>0.05). NGAL and HOMA-IR index had no statistically significant difference between the mild obesity group and the healthy control group (P>0.05). The moderate and severe obesity groups had higher NGAL and HOMA-IR index than the healthy control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionNeutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin and secretion of insulin can be influenced by obvious obesity, which is the potential cause of future insulin resistance and diabetes mellitus.
