将量化指标体系引入到财经类专业人才培养测度模型中,通过描述统计、主成分分析和数据包分析等方法,对全国12所院校财经类专业有效性进行实证分析,得到以下结论:专业人才培养的整体水平较高,并呈现出持续增强、非均衡分化态势;人才培养的总体效果欠佳,少数学校需警示风险。对此,应高度重视专业内涵建设,认真做好专业人才培养评估,建立健全校际专业联动机制。

Whether the talents cultivated by one specialty meet the demand should be research with quantitative method. This article takes finance and economics major of 12 higher vocational colleges for example, on the basis of constructing the index system, using descriptive statistics, principal component analysis(PCA) and data envelopment analysis (DEA) empirical method, to measure the effectiveness of talent training, and the conclusions are: the whole level of talent cultivation is high, and manifest the increasingly enhancing and non-balance trend; the whole talent training effect isn’t ideal, and several schools face with risks. Therefore, higher vocational shools should attach great importance to specialty connotation construction, do well in in talent cultivation evaluation,etc..
