近些年，随着中国医药卫生行业的不断发展，社会对药学专业人才需求不断增加。以河北北方学院为例，通过对近3届药学本科毕业生的追踪调查，分析药学专业本科毕业生的就业状况，提出通过调整专业结构、完善就业体系、创新工作方法等对策，促进药学专业本科毕业生顺利就业与高质量就业。
近些年，隨著中國醫藥衛生行業的不斷髮展，社會對藥學專業人纔需求不斷增加。以河北北方學院為例，通過對近3屆藥學本科畢業生的追蹤調查，分析藥學專業本科畢業生的就業狀況，提齣通過調整專業結構、完善就業體繫、創新工作方法等對策，促進藥學專業本科畢業生順利就業與高質量就業。
근사년，수착중국의약위생행업적불단발전，사회대약학전업인재수구불단증가。이하북북방학원위례，통과대근3계약학본과필업생적추종조사，분석약학전업본과필업생적취업상황，제출통과조정전업결구、완선취업체계、창신공작방법등대책，촉진약학전업본과필업생순리취업여고질량취업。
In recent years,with the continuous development of medicine and health industry in China, the demand for pharmaceutical specialty talents has been increasing.Through the investigation of the grad-uates from pharmaceutical specialty of Hebei North University in recent three years,the paper analyzes the situation of their employment and puts forward some approaches,such as adjusting specialty structure,per-fecting employment system,innovating working methods,etc.to facilitating graduates’successful and high-quality employment.
